The hotel falls into the 1-star category despite being marketed as 3 stars!!! The room, bathroom, and hallways reflect a need for better upkeep, cleanliness, and clarity on room configurations upon arrival!!!

The breakfast spread was delightful, with plenty of pastries available, though the salty options could definitely have been more generous. Every day, I enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee from their excellent coffee machine, available 24/7. The location was key to exploring Seville. everything was within walking distance, making it easy to pop back when needed. However, I noticed some minor issues in the room. The bedding had stains that seemed unremovable, which was disappointing. Additionally, I found the sound insulation to be lacking, as I could hear noise from nearby rooms quite clearly. Despite these issues, the warm hospitality and helpfulness of the staff made my stay quite enjoyable.

the bedding woudl ve been cleaner, it had stains, and the breakfast was so limited on the salty side, that it felt like an afterthought. I expected to be treated like a VIP but was just standard. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t due to the unremovable stains, and staff completely ignoring my requests.
